"What I love about improv is everything matters," says Dave Clapper, a technical producer for Exact Target, a member of ComedySportz Seattle, and the artistic director of Interrobang. In improv performances it may seem like anything goes, but there are basic rules used to guide scenes, and bringing those rules into the office is a great way to improve team communication and comfort.
