Guest user have been encountering the below error when clicking on Slicers in a SharePoint Online PowerPivot workbook.
"Excel Online - This workbook contains external data connections or BI features that are not supported."

The URL ends up looking like this:
If the workbook Slicers are hitting a Data Model, you need to enable BI Features by adding these parameters to the end: action=embedview and wdbipreview=true
