This is part 3 of this three-part series.
- Part 1 – Microsoft Azure benefits and options overview
- Part 2 – Understanding your Azure benefits as a competency partner
Signature Cloud Support benefit
The first two parts of this blog series explained the Microsoft Azure subscription benefits available to Microsoft partners through Internal Use Rights benefits or MSDN subscription grants. In this third and final post in the Azure benefits series, I’ll introduce you to the Signature Cloud Support benefit that is available to partners with Cloud Performance competencies and several competencies that are called Hybrid competencies.
Signature Cloud Support provides an elevated level of technical support for Microsoft cloud products. Currently, Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online are covered, based on the eligible competency you have attained. When you use your Signature Cloud Support benefit, you have access to technical support engineers who work extensively with partners, have extensive, product-specific knowledge, and who are accountable for resolving cases from start to finish.
The table below shows the competencies that are eligible to request Signature Cloud Support for Microsoft Azure. Unlimited support is available to partners that have attained the Cloud Platform competency, and if you have one of the eligible hybrid competencies, you receive a set number of incidents. For details about eligibility, coverage, and limitations, refer to the Signature Cloud Support benefit overview.
If your company has earned one of these eligible competencies, I strongly encourage you to utilize your benefits and take advantage of the knowledge our experts have.
Eligible competencies | Cloud Performance competency | Hybrid competencies |
Gold competency benefit | Unlimited Signature Cloud Support | 10 Signature Cloud Support incidents |
Silver competency benefit | Unlimited Signature Cloud Support | 5 Signature Cloud Support incidents |
