Script Download:
The script is available for download from https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/How-to-create-a-msdeploy-c7c09bd1.
1. This will package all sites using msdeploy without the site contents & includes just the configurations 2. It will move the AppPools into the package 3. This resultant package along with generated logfiles will be moved to a different location.
