Dynamics CRM Online Access from Multiple Countries

Does CRM allow for a database to be replicated/synchronized to multiple locations automatically, and then provide the end-user with a connection to the database location that would provide the best performance based on where the person is located?

A:

The short answer “Yes”. I did a Bing search on “CRM Online multi geo” and  found the following document:

which does make reference to multi-regional instances being used to improve performance!
