Welcome back for another analysis of contributions to TechNet Wiki over the last week (Fri-Sat)
Firstly, the usual weekly leader board snapshot...
Congratulations to Peter as always for his monster contributions. Mehmet still out in front for new articles over the last month.
As usual, here are the results of another weekly crawl over the updated articles feed.
Most Revisions Award Who has made the most individual revisions |
Carsten Siemens has taken first place this week, with an eye watering 220 revisions over 175 articles! Great work yet again Carsten!!
Payman Biukaghazadeh is second, with 96 revisions over 79 articles! Lovin your work Payman!
Mehmet PARLAKYİĞİT is this week's third amazing person, with 80 revisions over 39 articles. Thank you Mehmet!
Most Articles Updated Award Who has updated the most articles |
Same order for the article tallies:
#1 - Carsten Siemens with 175 articles.
#2 - Payman Biukaghazadeh with 79 articles
#3 - Mehmet PARLAKYİĞİT with 39 articles
Most Updated Article Award Largest amount of updated content in a single article |
The article most updated this week is Wiki: Test Issues, a new contribution by Richard Mueller. This is another fascinating insight into the workings of the wiki. Richard and I are members of the TechNet Wiki Community Council, and this is a great example of the work we do, and how seriously we take your feedback. Great work Richard!
Longest Article Award Biggest article updated this week |
This week's largest document to get some attention is Available Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Plugin Messages, originally copied in by Jamie Miley and recently tweaked by Payman Biukaghazadeh. This is so long it nearly broke by crawler.
However, a note to our most competent wiki tweakers, the table did not copy in properly, and the last column is obscured on IE, FireFox and Chrome.
Most Revised Article Award Article with the most revisions in a week |
I am very pleased to find that for a second week running, the article to receive the most revisions this week is mine - TechNet Guru Contributions - May. With 11 revisions this week, down from a feverish 57 last week.
This is of course because submissions are now closed for May. We've had some great contributions in all categories and we thank everyone for participating. A new page has gone up for June and we will have the votes in from all the judges by the end of the week for May and hopefully have the results next weekend.
Smallest Significant Edit Award Size isn't everything! Every edit counts. |
Ignoring the addition of tags, this week's smallest but valuable tweak was to Small Basic: Difference Between Local and Remote by Nonki Takahashi.
His addition, was a new fact - Mouse.IsRightButtonDownisalways"False"becauseofSilverlightpopup.
Great to see Nonki still working this article, and adding as he grows the knows himself. Thanks Nonki, your work is applauded.
We thank you all and always, for making the wiki a better place to be :)
Best regards,
Pete Laker
