The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity kicked off Sunday, commencing the seven days each year in which the advertising industry gathers to learn from the best and celebrate innovative marketing.
Check out daily updates on Microsoft Advertising’s blog, where you can find the video above and interviews with modern day Mad Men. On their Cannes Lions microsite, you can find the Festival’s lineup, how to connect to social media outlets, and photos from that picturesque part of the world.
It’s a big anniversary for the festival – the big 6-0 – and it promises to be the largest ever with at least 11,000 delegates attending from more than 90 countries. Microsoft has been a proud sponsor of the Festival and the Cyber Lions Awards for the past 12 years and will have a strong presence at the event again this year.
