Roll out the welcome wagon: Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 are now available from Microsoft’s cloud partners for hosting on Windows Azure.
This means Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV customers can take advantage of easy-to-use, quick-to-implement business solutions with the added benefit of knowing that solution is hosted on secure, enterprise-class cloud infrastructure from a trusted provider, says Paul White on the Microsoft Dynamics Community blog.
“We’re also committed to helping our customers realize the full value of what we like to call a business solution from Microsoft – a comprehensive business management solution that extends beyond traditional ERP to include productivity tools, services, devices, and now with hosting on Windows Azure, enterprise-class cloud infrastructure,” says White, senior director of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
From a technical perspective, Microsoft has enabled Microsoft Dynamics Certified Partners to deploy Microsoft Dynamics NAV and GP solutions in the cloud on Windows Azure Infrastructure Services. This means your solution can now be hosted in a secure, private cloud on a Windows Azure Virtual Machine. End-users can access that solution using Web or desktop clients, either from the office or on the go using mobile devices.
