In addition to several new features that have been added to IPAM in Server 2012 R2 Preview (What's New) we now have an IPAM Virtual Lab available for Windows Server 2012. Check out Managing Your Network Infrastructure with IP Address Management.
If you haven't seen IPAM yet, you should check it out. Virtual Labs are a great way to test drive new technologies. The IPAM virtual lab takes you through configuring IPAM and performing some basic administrative tasks.
