As it’s a U.S. national holiday week with Independence Day on Thursday, the Bing Search Blog wanted to see what kind of searches people were doing.
They found lyrics to “The Star-Spangled Banner” are searched more often than other patriotic pop classics like “Born in the USA” and “Proud to be an American.”
But, other than that bit of song trivia, searches were more likely to be about celebrities and pop culture than the nation’s birth, the founding fathers and the Declaration of Independence.
Read more about those search results on the Bing Search Blog.
What have you been searching for this week? Maybe what to put on the grill and how to cook it? Or how to stay out of the inevitable travel gridlocks?
