The Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) is a suite of technologies available as a subscription for Software Assurance customers. Learn how to utilize MDOP technologies to help virtualize the user experience, applications, and Windows, manage features within Windows, and restore user productivity after a system issue. Several components are updated in this release, including the User Experience Virtualization (UE-V) using Configuration Manager 2012.

In this lab, you will learn about roaming OS settings, application settings, and managing UE-V using Configuration Manager 2012. Find out how smart synchronization policies determine when and where to synch application and OS settings, helping ensure seamless personalization and quick loading.
