Azure では、皆様がお持ちの Azure 機能を最大限に活用していただけるように、今後も選択肢を拡充してまいります。Linux での Azure App Service のサポートは、この取り組みにおける重要な一歩となります。

開発の生産性を向上

クラウド アプリケーションの開発スピードを上げるには、ASP.NET Core、Node.js、PHP、Ruby の組み込みイメージを活用するのが効果的です。これらはすべて Linux で実行可能で、インフラストラクチャを気にせずにアプリケーション開発に集中することができます。Web アプリに必要なスタックを選択するだけでアプリケーション環境が自動でセットアップされ、必要なメンテナンスが実施されます。環境を細かく制御したい場合は、アプリケーションに SSH で接続 (英語) すると管理コマンドへのフル リモート アクセスが可能です。

Azure Marketplace では WordPress や Joomla、Drupal などの構築済みパッケージも入手可能で、わずか数クリックで App Service にデプロイできます。

デプロイが容易

App Service の新しい Web App for Containers (英語) 機能を使用すると、コンテナー化されたアプリケーションを運用環境にたった数秒でデプロイできます。コンテナー イメージを Docker Hub、Azure Container Registry、またはプライベート レジストリにプッシュするだけで、Web App for Containers がコンテナー化されたアプリケーションをデプロイし、必要なインフラストラクチャをプロビジョニングします。さらに、必要に応じて Linux OS への修正プログラムの適用と負荷分散を自動的に実行します。

ポータル以外でも、CLI や Azure Resource Management テンプレートを使用して App Service に、デプロイすることができます。

組み込み型 CI/CD、オンデマンドでのスケーリング

Linux の Azure App Service では、組み込み型 CI/CD 機能と直観的なスケーリング機能を使用できます。数クリックの操作で GitHub、Docker Hub、Azure Container Registry と統合し、Jenkins (英語) や VSTS、Maven (英語) を使用して継続的デプロイ (英語) を実施できます。

デプロイ スロットを使用すると、目標の環境へのデプロイ、ステージング環境から運用環境への切り替え、パフォーマンスや品質のテストのスケジュール設定、前のバージョンへのダウンタイムなしのロールバックなどの操作を容易に実行できます。

更新を運用環境に適用した後に、スライダーのドラッグ、REST API の呼び出し、自動スケーリング ルールの構成のいずれかの方法でスケーリングを実行します。アプリケーションのスケールアップ/スケールダウンは、オンデマンドでも自動でも実行できます。また、単一のリージョンまたは複数のリージョンを使用する環境でも高い可用性が得られます。

このたび、新しい Azure VM サイズである B シリーズのプレビューが発表されました。これは Azure ファミリの中で最も価格が低く、CPU を柔軟に使用できるシリーズです。Web サーバー、小規模なデータベース、開発やテスト環境など、Azure で実行されるさまざまなワークロードでは、CPU パフォーマンスのバーストが発生します。このようなワークロードは、通常の CPU 使用量は少なく、トラフィックが増加したり処理が必要になったりした場合にのみスパイクが発生し、CPU がフル稼働します。従来の VM サイズでは、使用量の増加やバースト発生に備えて、普段の CPU 使用量が少なくても 100% で使用する場合と同じ料金を支払う必要がありました。

B シリーズでは、バースト発生時以外は CPU パワーをあまり使用しないワークロードを、優れたコスト効率でデプロイできます。VM が CPU の基準パフォーマンス以下の低い負荷で実行している間、VM インスタンスのクレジットが蓄積されるようになっており、クレジットが一定の量まで蓄積されると、アプリケーションで高い CPU パフォーマンスが必要になった場合に vCPU の使用量を最大 100% まで引き上げることができます。

この VM サイズは、CPU パワー (Intel® Haswell 2.4 GHz E5-2673 v3 プロセッサまたはそれ以上) を必要としない通常時は低く抑え、必要な場合には 100% までバーストするなど、必要に応じた制御が可能なため、料金を大幅に抑えつつ柔軟に対応することができます。

B シリーズのプレビューでは、以下の 6 種類の VM サイズをご利用いただけます。

バースト対応の VM サイズについて、詳しくはこちらのページ (英語) を参照してください。プレビューに参加をご希望のお客様は、サポート対象のリージョンの中からデプロイ先を選択し、クォータを要求してください。クォータが承認された後、従来のようにポータルや API からデプロイできます。

If your organization uses Lync Monitoring Reports, CQM you may occasionally see high glitch rate in one or more calls. Both reports typically show you calls with very high glitch rate.

In-order to resolve the issue, we first need to understand what a glitch really is.

A glitch is defined as a short-lived fault in a system. It is often used to describe a transient fault that corrects itself, and is therefore difficult to troubleshoot.

In a Lync or Skype for Business related setting, a Glitch is a short span of time, when the application was unable to have exclusive control of the device. This can be caused, because either another application wanted to use the device, like a Browser wanting to auto-play a video, or a PowerPoint presentation that has audio in it.

Our recommendations for glitch are as follows

AudioSpeakerGlitchRate
Average glitches per five minutes for the loudspeaker rendering. For good quality, this should be less than one per five minutes. Not reported by A/V Conferencing Servers, Mediation Servers, or IP phones.

AudioMicGlitchRate
Average glitches per five minutes for the microphone capture. For good quality this should be less than one per five minutes. Not reported by A/V Conferencing Servers, Mediation Servers, or IP phones.

Every Lync call has audio sampling at either 8,000 Samples/Sec (narrowband) or 16,000 samples/sec (Wideband) and a glitch is failure to capture one or more consecutive samples.

If your organization is using a capture and render device that is  optimized for Lync then you should indeed expect few glitches.

Our certification Process requires the following

Lync User Experience

• Plug and play: once connected, a device registers on Lync server and is ready to use
  
• First run experience: Automatic detection of a device with a direct link to user guide and other useful tools and documentation
  
• Mute/unmute across PC and device
  
• Audio quality (embedded in the device): no echo or excessive glitches, echo cancellation across devices, wideband / Microsoft media platform with RT audio
  
• Anti-flicker support for webcams (global powerline frequency) admin experience

If you do experience an issue with Glitches, I would recommend, to begin troubleshooting, by first updating any/every device driver that’s used for Audio and Video on the PC where the glitch rate is high, simply by downloading and installing the latest versions from the appropriate vendor’s web-site.

Next, I would suggest to test again, and if the issue continues to occur, and/or isn’t reduced drastically, to check all USB peripherals, and then to update the devices. If you are using a say, a Universal Docking Station, please download the device drivers from the vendor for the same.

If say, you are using a USB Hub or or are connecting the device using a docking station, it would be prudent to test with a direct connection. Even using a different USB port may help.

To troubleshoot the issue, I would typically perform the following

1. Request the user to Run MSInfo32.exe and then Click File –> Save ( Save in NFO format)
2. Run the following in PowerShell to get a list of all available drivers
   dir C:windowsSystem32drivers*.*  | %{ $_.VersionInfo} | ConvertTo-Html > C:WindowsTempdrivers.html
3. Collect Data using Windows Performance Recorder (WPR)
   1. Download and Install Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows ADK) from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/windows-assessment-deployment-kit for your operating System
   2. Once you have installed Windows ADK, can you please search for Windows Performance Recorder (WPR) and select Scenario Audio Glitches, and ensure to de-select “First Level Triage”, also change the logging to Verbose and Logging Mode to File
      
   3. Start Click on Start, and then attempt a call in Lync / Skype for Business
   4. Once you have about 60 seconds in the call click on SAVE in Windows Performance Recorder (WPR)
   5. At this point, we have the ETL file
   6. We would also want to click SAVE in the next window.

Once you have data from above, it can be used by Microsoft Premier Support to analyze

Intersite Messaging サービスって聞いたことありますか？

このサービスはワークグループ環境とドメインメンバー環境では無効になっておりますが、ドメインコントローラーに昇格した時点で有効となります。

Intersite Messaging サービスはサイト間の Active Directory データベースの複製で、サイトリンクで SMTP を利用する場合に使用されます。

このサービス、正常に起動するためにはある条件がございます。

それが、ネットワークの初期化が完了してから Intersite Messaging サービスの起動するという点です。

もし、ネットワークの初期化が完了しないうちに Intersite Messaging サービスの起動が実施されますと、サービスの起動に失敗し、システムイベントに ID : 7023 が記録されます。

ネットワークの初期化に時間を要する要因としては、NIC ドライバー (チーミング ドライバー) の影響や動的に IP アドレスを取得していることが挙げられますが、環境に依存しますので、発生する条件などは明確にはありません。

あくまでも、Intersite Messaging サービスが起動するタイミングとネットワークの初期化にかかる時間に依存します。

対処策といたしましては、Intersite Messaging サービスのスタートアップの種類を「自動」ではなく、「自動 (遅延開始)」に設定いただくことをご依頼しております。

-手順

1. [スタート] – [Windows 管理ツール] – [サービス] をクリックします。

2. [Intersite Messaging] サービスを右クリックし、プロパティから [スタートアップの種類] を [自動 (遅延開始)] を選択し、[OK] をクリックします。

通常より 2 分ほど遅延してサービスが起動しますので Intersite Messaging サービスの停止が発生する抑制することが期待できます。

今回は Windows Server 2016  において WINS サーバーの機能を利用する場合の注意点についてご案内いたします。

WINS を利用することが必須要件でない場合には、DNS への移行をお願いいたします。

WINS を利用することが必須要件の場合には、Windows Server 2012 R2 の利用をご検討ください。

事象1: 状態が停止と表示される

Windows Server 2016 に WINS サーバーを構築すると、自身の状態が [停止] と表示されます。

事象1 の対処策: なし

本事象は現時点では対処策がございませんが、WINS サーバー自体の動作には影響いたしません。

事象2: 自身のレコードが動的登録されない

WINS サーバーとして構築したサーバー上の Primary WINS サーバーの設定に自分自身を登録しても動的に自身のレコードが登録されません。

事象2 の対処策: 静的レコードの登録

静的に自身のレコードを登録いただき運用回避をご検討ください。

事象3: WINS Lookup が利用されない

DNS マネージャーに WINS Lookup (DNS にレコードが存在しない場合、WINS サーバーに問い合わせをする機能) を利用している場合、事象1 の影響で WINS サーバーとして稼働していないと認識されてしまうため、WINS Lookup を設定しているにも関わらず WINS Lookup が利用されません。

事象3 の対処策: 他 WINS サーバーの登録

WINS サーバーを 2 台以上構成している場合には、自身以外の WINS サーバーへの参照が可能となりますので、WINS Lookup レコードに自身以外の WINS サーバーの IP アドレスを追加していただき運用回避をご検討ください。

事象4: WINS Lookup が編集できない

DNS マネージャーにて、WINS Lookup のレコードを変更して [適用] もしくは [OK] をクリックすると、「WINS 解決情報を更新されませんでした。」というエラーが出力され編集できません。

事象4 の対処策: ADSI エディターによるレコードの編集

対処策として、GUI の DNS マネージャーからではなく、直接 Active Directory のデータベースを参照することにより WINS Lookup レコードを編集することができます。
以下に手順をご紹介させていただきますので、運用回避が可能かをご検討ください。

(1) WINS Lookup レコードが登録されているゾーンの記憶域のタイプを dnscmd /enumzonesコマンドにて確認します。

記憶域のタイプによって、AD 上の以下のデータベースに DNS の情報が保存されます。

(2) ADSI エディターを開き、WINS Lookup が格納されている記憶域に接続し、[CN=MicrosoftDNS] – [DC=@] のプロパティを開き、[dnsRecord] 属性を編集します。

(3) 第 3 第 4 オクテットに「1FF」が格納されている値が WINS Lookup レコードになりますので、選択し、[編集] をクリックします。

(4) [値の形式] を 10 進数に変更します。

 (5) 値を編集します。

(5-1) WINS Lookup レコードを追加する場合は、以下の箇所を変更します。

(5-2) WINS Lookup レコードを削除する場合は、上記の逆のことを実施します。

(5-3) WINS Lookup レコードを編集する場合には、赤色枠の箇所のみ変更します。

(6) DNS マネージャーからゾーンを [再読み込み] することで、上記の編集した結果が反映されます。

I've lost count of just how many blog posts have their origin in a customer question. Here's another:

"How do you use PowerShell to get a list of what attributes *could* be populated on an AD user object?"

A magnificent question!

The customer was unsure as to why some properties would appear as empty and other not appear at all when asking for -Properties *. Without searching online documentation, how would they have know that adminCount, for example, existed, as it only showed in the list of returned properties when actually populated.

In a couple of minutes I threw this together:

The User class in the Active Directory schema has a couple of properties we can use to examine its attributes - MayContain, SystemMayContain. The above one-liner grabs both of these and combines them into a single property that we then sort on to display our list of possible attributes.

One final piece of the puzzle: there are more attributes available... these aren't defined in the schema, rather, these are cdreated programmatically when you ask for them. Here's how to list constructed attributes:

Para la utilización del cmdlet Revoke-SPOUserSession, se necesita el módulo de SharePoint Online de PowerShell. Método que nos permitirá automatizar flujos de respuesta a incidentes de seguridad, e incluso revocar las sesiones activas de múltiples usuarios.

Para la utilización del cmdlet Revoke-AzureADUserAllRefreshToken, necesitamos el módulo Azure AD V2 de PowerShell. Este método nos permitirá revocar la sesión activa tanto de Office 365, como de CRM Online, Dynamics 365, etc.

Flexibel, intelligent, effizient – die von unserem Partner TREKSTOR entwickelte Windows IoT Smartwatch erhöht die die Gästezufriedenheit im Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt. Denn dort kommt der sogenannte Smartagent im Housekeeping, Kunden- und Technikservice zum Einsatz und sorgt für einen deutlich effizienteren und besseren Service.

Unser Hardware-Partner TREKSTOR hat eine Smartwatch speziell für den Unternehmenseinsatz entwickelt. Einer der ersten Kunden des Wearables ist das Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt, das mit dem tragbaren Minicomputer und der mobilen Hotel-Software SAMFEX wearable von unserem Partner Mellex seine Serviceprozesse organisiert. Damit können die Servicekräfte des Hotels das Housekeeping sowie Reinigungs- und Reparaturdienste auf Basis von Echtzeitdaten noch effizienter planen und auf individuelle Wünsche ihrer Gäste besser eingehen. Das System läuft mit Windows 10 IoT Core und erlaubt über den Einsatz im Hotelgewerbe hinaus zahlreiche Anwendungsszenarien in unterschiedlichen Branchen. Die Anbindung an Cloud-Dienste ermöglicht die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Anwendung und Verbesserung der Prozesse.

Steigenberger Airport Hotel nutzt Smartagent zur Steuerung des Servicepersonals

Der Smartagent im Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt nutzt für Housekeeping und Wartung der 550 Zimmer und Suiten sowie der 40 Tagungsräume eine spezielle Version der Hotel-Software SAMFEX unseres Partners Mellex: SAMFEX wearable. Diese ist auf mobiles Housekeeping spezialisiert und ergänzt das bereits seit Jahren eingesetzte SAMFEX-System für Haustechnik, Housekeeping sowie das Energie- und Assetmanagement von Hotels. Mit den mobilen Geräten können anfallende Aufgaben in Echtzeit und flexibel disponiert werden – etwa, um kurzfristig auftretende Störungen zu melden und Reparaturen durchzuführen oder vorzeitig anreisende Gäste optimal zu betreuen und ihre individuellen Wünsche zu erfüllen. „Wir sparen durch die direkte Übermittlung dieser Informationen in Echtzeit täglich einige Arbeitsstunden in diversen operativen Abteilungen und können zusätzlich unseren Gästen einen deutlich effizienteren und besseren Service bieten“, fasst Michael Weil, Hotel Manager Operations im Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt, den Einsatz der neuen Smartagents zusammen.

Smartagent: Leistungsfähig auf der Basis von Windows 10 IoT Core

Der Smartagent von TREKSTOR ist ein vollständig autarkes Gerät, dessen Innenleben zum großen Teil dem eines Tablets oder Smartphones gleicht. Betriebssystem des tragbaren Geräts ist Windows 10 IoT Core, ein speziell an das Internet der Dinge angepasstes System. Die Apps des Smartagents basieren auf der Universal Windows Platform (UWP) und können über ein adaptives Layout auch auf anderen Windows 10 Geräten wie Microsoft HoloLens laufen. Windows 10 IoT Core bietet alle wichtigen Sicherheitsfunktionen von Windows inklusive der Integration von Trusted Platform Module (TPM), einer hardwarebasierten Sicherheitstechnologie und ein einheitliches Gerätemanagement. Smartwatches für Geschäftskunden bieten vielfältige Einsatzszenarien

Für Wearables im Geschäftskunden-Bereich (B2B) sind eine ganze Reihe an Einsatzszenarien in unterschiedlichen Branchen denkbar, die eine direkte Kommunikation zwischen Mitarbeitern vor Ort und zentralen Planungsstäben erfordern.
So können Wearables mit ihren Sensoren für die Überwachung der Vitalparameter von Patienten oder in der Pflegedokumentation eingesetzt werden. In der Produktion und bei der Wartung von Maschinen und Anlagen können Smartwatches Mitarbeiter punktgenau unterstützen. На мероприятии Microsoft Ignite ожидается анонс проекта с кодовым названием Project Honolulu, призванным обеспечить управление гиперконвергентной инфраструктурой посредством веб-интерфейса, сосредоточив в рамках одного интерфейса управление ролями и компонентами программно-определяемого датацентра.

Project Honolulu займёт нишу в управлении традиционной инфраструктурой, оставив Azure Stack сервисным направлении — IaaS, PaaS.Ждём новостей с Microsoft Ignite, который стартует 25 сентября.

One of the four steps to attain a cloud competency is to demonstrate sales performance, meaning that you need to get recognized and be credited with the cloud consumption that you are influencing with your customers. This blog post gives you resources to enable you to get credit in the Microsoft ecosystem for the cloud consumption that you drive.

Multiple partners can get credit for driving customer cloud consumption to benefit all partners involved in a cloud subscription. With Digital Partner of Record (DPOR) and new Partner Association methods, multiple partners can be recognized for the value they add to customers’ cloud subscriptions, and everyone benefits.

Digital Partner of Record (DPOR)

Digital Partner of Record associates servicing partners to a Microsoft cloud subscription. A customer will have to assign a partner as the Digital Partner of Record for every subscription that the partner is handling.

DPOR automates how partners are attached as the Partner of Record for the subscriptions partners are actively managing for customers for Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Dynamics 365, AX7, Microsoft Intune, Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), and Microsoft Azure.

Being Digital Partner of Record qualifies the partners for:

• Competencies: Partners can check off the sales performance demonstration requirement by being the digital partner of record
• Incentive programs: Partners can qualify to participate in local incentive programs by being the digital partner of record

If you work on a cloud subscription but are not listed as the DPOR, we’ve begun to recognize usage and consumption data from the sources listed below:

• Transacting partners as reported in Microsoft internal sales systems
• Delegated Admin Privileges (DAP): If you are not listed as DPOR but provide deployment or ongoing lifecycle support, ensure you are designated as a delegated administrator by your customer so that the usage you drive can count toward your MPN Cloud Competency qualification. Any partner can be granted DAP privileges by a customer for Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Dynamics 365, AX7, or Microsoft Dynamic CRM Online.
