For the first time in the world's history, more than half the world's population lives in urban areas and by 2050, it's expected to exceed 70%. Already 80% of the world's GDP comes from urban areas. But if your business isn't in an urban area, it doesn't necessarily mean you should rush to relocate. But this shifting population trend is changing how businesses recruit top talent.
