Going Coast to Coast with the Dumbo Double Dare Training Week 1

I just did the math and realized I am less than 9 weeks away (60 days) from the Dumbo Double Dare Challenge in Disneyland .  This is challenge were I will run the Disneyland ® 10K on Saturday, followed by the Disneyland ® Half Marathon on Sunday. This is the first time they are doing this event.  In fact this is the first time I get to do an inaugural run.
