Abstract
Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and the Microsoft Lync 2010 desktop client are very capable collaboration tools easily handling meetings between several online parties. Microsoft Lync 2010 is also able to handle larger meetings. However, to hold a successful larger meeting one will need to adopt a structured approach for the meeting and plan ahead to ensure a successful meeting.
